The report points to an inextricable link between employee well-being and engagement, but middle managers are skeptical.
Sadly, the majority of employers do not measure the impact of the wellness and well-being programs.
Everywhere, environments are more interactive and responsive, friendlier, and seemingly more simple. As Bill Gates has said, “innovation equals efficiency,” and we’re beginning to see more and more of it in the workplace.
Perhaps the industry leaders are there, but most of corporate America has a long way to go.
